Kelly Ebbole – REALTOR®

Not only is Kelly a respected REALTOR® and business owner in Southeastern WI, but a Wife, Mom, Collaborator, Problem Solver, Networker, Fundraiser and Volunteer. Kelly’s family’s mantra is ‘Practice Means Progress’ and she is constantly learning valuable lessons as volunteer President of the Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) and Head Coach of a local U10 softball team.

Kelly prides herself in continuing to further her education and has the following designations or certifications: Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®). She is also a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association.

She has been a LAUNCH Coach several times through the Elmbrook and Wauwatosa School Districts and has volunteered at the Food Pantry of Waukesha County. When she isn’t fulfilling real estate goals and volunteering, she enjoys watching her kids play softball, relaxing at her family cabin in the north woods, reading and cheering for the Green Bay Packers!

Katelyn LeTourneau

Katelyn LeTourneau is an Associate Broker in Southeastern Wisconsin specializing in single family homes and condos in Washington, Ozaukee, Dodge, Milwaukee & Waukesha Counties. Based in Washington County, she helps buyers and sellers find their ideal homes in Germantown, West Bend, Slinger, Hartford, Erin, Jackson, Menomonee Falls and surrounding areas, providing expert local real estate guidance.

She has been enjoying her journey in real estate since 2016 and has a 25+ year background in customer service. She prides herself on the relationships she builds and keeps with her clients. She is certified as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).

Katelyn lives in Germantown with her husband and two amazing kids! She is the Secretary of the Board of the Historic Preservation Commission in Germantown, WI. She loves to cook, spend time with her family, try new things and travel in her free time.

Jim Reuter

Jim Reuter has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017, and as a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and graduate of UW-Madison, has helped buyers and sellers with their real estate needs from the Fox Valley to Milwaukee to Dane County. Based in Oconomowoc, much of Jim’s recent business has been in Waukesha County, but he is comfortable working well beyond. Furthermore, Jim’s clients have included a range of people to work with, from first-time homebuyers navigating that difficult process for the first time and also those looking to downsize after retiring.

In addition to working in real estate, Jim is a high school educator in the Pewaukee School District and the Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach. These occupations along with real estate have helped him to cultivate his people skills, knowing the importance of upfront and effective communication, problem solving, and teamwork. He loves working with people to achieve their goals.

Jim lives in Oconomowoc with his wife Sarah, and three children (Jude, Emma, Felicity). In his free time, he loves watching his son play baseball and basketball, along with taking trips with his family. Jim is also an avowed history buff and enjoys reading any history book he can get his hands on.

Giving back to Waukesha area charities

Strategic Focus Realty’s passion for giving back to the community is best described as Making an Impact. In January 2020, Kelly Ebbole recognized a desire to assist her local communities and decided to make a personal cash or in kind donation to a local charity for every closing she has had. In doing so, over the first six years of Making an Impact, Kelly has donated over $5,600 in cash and in-kind products to local charities, with two organizations receiving the majority of those funds; the Food Pantry of Waukesha County and Mr. Bob’s Under the Bridge.

Strategic Focus Realty is ecstatic to continue Kelly’s vision and passion for helping the communities she serves as Making an Impact accelerates quickly into a more robust program to benefit local charities. Beginning in 2025, Strategic Focus Realty will continue to make a $250 donation quarterly to a deserving charity.
